IT Live Support

Welcome to Rendili Live Support, a service provided by Rendili to allow us to respond rapidly to many computer related issues you have by remotely controlling your computer.

Note that you can disconnect the engineer at any time by closing the remote application which is the Rendili Logo running in the SysTray (the bottom right-hand corner of the screen)

Please click here to begin downloading the Live Support Client

When presented with the Run or Save dialogue (shown below), please click run.

Once it has downloaded, you may be presented with the Publisher Verifcation window (shown below). please click run.

You will be presented with our remote support application (see below). Simply 1. choose the engineer who is assisting you and 2. click Share desktop. Your computer will now connect to our support engineers computer and they will be able to view and control your PC.
