Service Options
Full Contract
A full contract will cover your workstations and server(s) fully as well as any connected devices, such as printers and ADSL modems. This includes backup monitoring and security updates to servers as well as any ad-hoc support issues for total peace of mind.
In addition, contract customers also get:
• Guaranteed response times (4 hour response time with servers and 1 working day response for workstations)
• System health checks
• Discounted rate for other Rendili products and services including consultancy, website development and our web Content Management System, Cosmos.
• Priority over non-contracted clients
Partial Contract
A partial contract enables you to cover your critical machines with our 4 hour response time and priority service and keep any non-critical machines on a pay-as-you-go. This offers a flexible and affordable solution.
